Recently went in on a sunday afternoon. Even though they were short staffed they were pleasant. The lady up front was running around doing drive thru amd front end and still mamaged to give me a smile with my food. And the food was very fresh and tasty. People need to quit being so mean to staff when they are trying. Now if i see you standing around and make me wait i will get angry but if youre doing your best im going to give you patience and politeness.
It's the usual fast food fare. Nothing to write home about, consistent with every other Hardee's ever.
I know managers have changed several times in the last few years, but there should be no excuse for what seems to be a lack of training or work ethic.
Ate in the dining room. No straws available at 8:30am. No ketchup, though the containers for ketchup are setup. Towel and water are in a bucket at one of the booths - totally acceptable to some but I'm a stickler and this is a no-no. Tables aren't clean and looks like they started to clean up but must be low on labor. One person at register, no one manning the lobby. Food was ok in appearance, good in taste and good in temperature.
Friendly staff, the food was hot and quick. Made it easy for a quick stop off.
They seem to be understaffed most of the time, & only know one speed -- slow. Customers come for food at their favorite breakfast restaurant & expect to receive courtesy, good food, & speedy service. Long lines mean "must be a great place to eat" not that you have to wait for your order or your food for 15-20 minutes. Speed is commensurate to repeat customers. Courtesy, a "Good morning", or "Come back & see us" goes a long way with customer appreciation.
We've been going to this Hardee's for years, & the service & speed of service has greatly diminished.
