We were seated and waited on quickly even though they were very busy. The only negative thing I seen is floor was dirty and a woman was allowed to have her dog at her table sitting in a chair and she was feeding it. That pissed me off it was not a service dog it was a chawawa.
My kids LOVE the store. The service and food have really gone down hill. We used to eat Cracker Barrel at least once a week. We rarely go at all, unless the kids are wound up, I can let them walk around and get the crazies out. The wait most times is enough to send even the most laid back person into a rage, especially if you have small children hungry and ready to eat. When they're done waiting, we're all ready to leave asap.

You always know the food is great. Had a new waitress. But she did a fine job.
This place is magical, man. Always great food worth waiting for and the wait after ordering is reasonable. The retail area kicks ass. I love that they have things I remember my parents being fond of, like Red Skelton videos or John Denver on vinyl. And the candies? Sweet! I'm a fan of the Old Timers Breakfast with hash brown casserole, bacon and scrambled eggs.
