Ate there 12-28-17. My southwestern so called steak salad was awful. The lettuce was mostly stalks, the steak was barely existant and what was there was gristle. It looked nothing like the menu pictured. The ribs were dry and tasteless and the sauce was A-1 sauce basically. My wifes steak was tiny even for a 6 ounce and the broccoli was dry and crunchy. This is probably my last visit here. Three times before this , the service was so bad we left after waiting 30 minutes to be waited on one visit, had bad food twice and the price versus portion is very unacceptable. Tonight I also overheard some of the staff waiting a table behind us, she was very rude .
The bartender at this particular Applebee's was delightful! I believe her name was Sabrina...a very personable young lady. We ate at the bar and she took great care of us. We will be back when Sabrina is behind the bar!
We had a late lunch there today 11-7-17 and it was little after 3 and we had the best food and service. Wish I could remember the waitress' name. Anyways, this was the first time for us both to eat here in 15 and will definitely be back. We both had the bourbon chicken n shrimp dinners and were very pleased.
My family and I went there tonight. The hostess had a very unkid attitude, we asked for a booth (since we saw there were many available) and she said that the table she was giving us was all they had. After we were sat she start seating other guests on those booths. When we were leaving I told her "have a good night" to what she responded "uh huh". Very rude, very unfriendly and not exactly the kind of attitude I want from someone right before enjoying my meal. She needs to learn some costumer service. Other than that food was good.
Still enjoy eating here. Been coming for over 20 years. Good atmosphere but sometimes service is lacking. Had a very good lunch today with wife. Will be back again.
