Gave them my address and asked if they deliver to my address. The lady who took my order said yes and I paid for my order over the phone. An hour later my phone still isn't here. Call them and they don't even have a record of my order and they said they DON'T deliver to my address after all.
THIS IS THE MOST RIDICULOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THE GRANDVIEW BRANCH!! FIRST, WE ORDER AND THEY DIDN'T GAVE US WHAT WE ORDERED AND STILL CHARGED US. THEN WE TRY TO CONTACT THEM AND WE HAD TO GO THROUGH THE COSTUMER SERVICE 3 TIMES BEFORE THEY PUT US TO THE STORE. THEN ANOTHER 30 MINUTES AND COUNTING TO GET A HOLD OF SOMEONE AT THAT BRANCH SO THAT WE CAN CORRECT THE ORDER!! NOT ACCEPTABLE. NOT ACCEPTABLE! PIZZA HUT ON GRANDVIEW DR. SIMPSONVILLE. NEEDS TO HAVE BETTER CUSTOME SERVICE OPTIONS!

Proceeds to tell me the Simpsonville PH is owned by a company different than the PH who delivers to my area. Call back to customer care and they can't answer any questions. Worst customer service ever!
My family has been coming here often for the last few months and we really enjoy it. The food is delicious, great deals, and usually fast service. Server is super sweet. All of the staff seem very happy to see us when we come in and make us feel welcome.
