Probably the friendliest and most professional staff I have ever encountered at a pizza joint. They have a state of the art, clean, and large facility with plenty of personnel working who can keep up the pace and deliver their food in a timely manner.
Karen just delivered our pizzas and when she left I made sure to tell everyone that she was by far the nicest, most amazing delivery driver I have ever personally interacted with! I checked the receipt to see if I could leave a survey review. I liked her so much I had to make sure everyone knows! Karen, you were awesome! I wanted to tip you even more! Before I head back to Illinois, i'm going to personally request her deliver a pizza again so I can give her the tip she deserves!
When location opened I was so excited. We ordered multiple times and order was never correct. I talked to managers and cooperate no one seemed to care. They did give me a free pizza from corporate. Guess what it arrived wrong also. So glad Dominos opened a store. All my orders have been correct and have arrived in 30 minutes or less. Even on days the drivers have told me they have been slammed. Thats quality service.
I’ve tried to be patient with this location, as I’m a Papa Johns fan. But three consecutive times of being told it will be a 30-40 minute wait for carry out orders and then when I arrive I end up having to wait over an hour every single trip for the pizza... that’s 3 strikes. Its time to take my business to somewhere that’s more reliable.
