Food is great but service is sub par and hit or miss. Ordered Jet bread, 2 orders of boneless wings and a side of ranch. They forgot to bring the ranch that I paid for. Previous time I ordered a meatball jet we which came cold and cheese was not melted. I called and spoke to the manager. I told her that the sandwich was cold and the cheese wasn't melted. She tried to tell me that I was wrong and that I was just seeing the grated romano cheese on top. I said um no...this is mozzarella cheese that is NOT melted. She said well it should be, it went through a 400 degree oven. I said there is absolutely no way. I had to drive my sandwich back to prove my point and then she will wanted to argue. She finally made me another sandwich. I don't agree with the statement the customer is always right...but in this case the proof was right in front of her eyes.
I love this place. Always yummy, hot, and most importantly on time. My kids love their pizza. Personally those jetzees are my fav tho. Totally recommend. 2 thumbs way way up!!!
Really good pizza every time we order. Always picked up, can't speak to delivery.
Tried for the first time and the pizza itself was actually good. But not the customer service. The person who served me was about to receive a tip until he threw-slide my card to me half across the counter. Lost out on a tip and customer.
Decent pizza, good portions. The deep dish tastes a lot like Pizza hut, so if you've been craving that buttery rich crust, but want to try something new, Jets might fit the bill. They often have coupons and they are worth using. I haven't tried it yet, but they offer a gluten free crust, which is wonderful when you have family or guests with allergies but still want pizza. They also have a New York style crust. All crusts can be flavored. Enjoy!
