Decent room. Clean. Front check in service could use some work. Typical Indian ownership. The Patel connection. I'd stay again.
My husband works in s.c. every week and had been thru his share of motels. Quality inn is the best my car. Rooms are spacious, very clean, safe atmosphere, very helpful and kind manager and staff. They are very considerate of the working, traveling,construction mans needs.
Spoke to the manager, and he fixed all the issues. He did not get defensive, but rather listened and solved the problem. That shows great leadership!
He explained that the room we were in was to accommodate workers and the last room he had. I appreciate everything he has done.
Maybe for a quick stop. Not for extended stay with the family. There are better choices in the immediate area
Booked a reservation to stay during the evacuation. Cancelled the reservation 2 days before arrival and spoke with Front Desk. Was assured that rooms were cancelled. Charges were put onto card anyway. Hectic time during an evacuation and cancellation number was lost. The manager refuses to refund money and Corporate is unable to help. Greedy and unfair. Taking advantage of people. Wish there was no stars. Stay somewhere else.
We had a few issues upon checking in, but they were address promptly. This great customer service made my stay enjoyable.
