Great hotel. Nothing spectacular, but exceeded my expectations. I would slightly prefer this to the Hampton down the road. Would stay again
Room was nice, but we had requested handicapped room. I guess they aren't guaranteed. We didn't get handicapped. Hmmmm - not good service.
Went down about 10pm to have decaf coffee. There wasn't any.
Nice. Breakfast was pretty good. Waffles didn't taste good to me, your mileage may vary. Good fresh fruit.
When we need to go back to this area, my family and I agreed that this will be our location. The employees were great and made you feel welcome. We were in the area for a national fine arts competition at Bob Jones University. The hotel was about 15-17 minutes away, without the traffic. The front desk attendant, assisted us with helpful information. The hotel sits in a great location with many surrounding restaurants and shopping areas. After sharing with the food attendant about my health issues for certain foods, she prepared turkey sausage for me. She was very cordial to everyone around us too. Deborah served in hospitality too. She was so pleasant and joyful to everyone. Her jubilant spirit and contagious smile stood out. She was thankful to everyone who came in and out of the hotel. Each day we witnessed her pleasant attitude. The hotel is well maintained. We will return and let others know to do the same.
Stopped in to visit a guest. Room was very comfortable, clean, and up to date. Lobby area was very modern and clean. Amenities area by front desk was really nice with a convenient setup. Didn't get very in-depth observation of hotel/stay, but overall a positive general impression!
