Brand new hotel in Simpsonville. Outside of the building and parking lot are nice and clean. Lobby area is very modern but comfortable. A lot of the color blue, but the decor looks nice. Rooms are similar: modern and up-to-date but comfortable. Still smells new and fresh! Did not stay overnight (only visited a guest), so I did not experience any of the amenities. But I definitely got a positive overview and impression!
This is a brand new hotel with awesome looking rooms. I stayed here twice since they starting taking reservations in October 2017 and I plan to stay there again for any additional trips I make to the area. The WiFi connection was great on both the 1st and 4th floors. They use Samsung tv's which are very easy to use with the Amazon Fire Stick and connecting to the network was simple and fast. Breakfast was what I have come to expect from a Holiday Inn Express and while I would always like to see more variety , I was happy with the selection and never felt the need to get breakfast elsewhere while staying there. The staff were all great to talk to and also very helpful as well as respectful. There is a Chick-fil-a right across the street which has become just about the only fast food I will eat now and aside from that there are plenty of other restaurant choices nearby, even in walking distance.
Brand new hotel that is still working out some issues with keys. Room was large with a comfortable bed, large walk in shower and Keriug coffee maker, microwave and frig.
The hotel is situated in an area with several dining options and shopping which are within walking distance.
They offer hot breakfast which appeared to be standard HIX breakfast but I did not eat. There is coffee 24/7.
Hotel has only been open 2 months. Clean and bright with great staff.
