Great customer service, at every section I walked into an associate asked if I needed help with anything, everyone was well versed in their jobs as well.
I think I torture myself calling you guys because the price seems to be decent. However, calling home Depot anywhere is just plain torture. I think I call just to remind myself how not to be treated
Solid location and selection. As a woodworker and gardener it fulfills a majority of my needs. Staff are helpful when asked and had good experiences. But at times you feel like you're wandering and staff are inattentive or hard to track down. Check out lines can get long/slow with only one or two of many running.
I've wasted many trips here to find a shelf empty. Looking online or calling ahead does no good because inventories always say they have what you need. Employees don't even know what you're asking or where things are - don't even think about asking one of these 20 yr. olds who never drove a nail for any advice. Was decent when opened around 5 yrs. ago but awful now. I'm a Lowe's lifer now.
Cancelled appliance order because Home Depot would not honor full 10% Military Discount on sale item only qualified for $17 savings. Paid $1 more at Lowe's but saved $101 because Lowe's honored full 10% Military Discount on same sale item. The competition also received another $500 purchase while I was in there replacing Home Depot order. The icing on the cake was the in-store process to cancel an appliance order on the weekend, you have to jump through hoops at the store's service desk where customer care has lost its care, when is inconveniencing the customer ok. What a disappointing experience!
