Skip the Big Box go to Burdette's where they are always very helpful! Any time I need to fix or build something I go there first. They have everything you need and are very helpful, not pushy. Unlike the box store, you can find help when you want it. Support local family owned businesses like Burdette's!
Love Burdetts's Hardware because it is the "old fashioned" type hardware store that you just don't see many of anymore. The folks who work there are very helpful and polite. They don't try to just make a sale, if they don't have it they recommend someone else. Although I have been able to get what I needed every time I go there. MUCH nicer to shop here than any big box place. Highly recommend, Don Kenney, Simpsonville.
If you don't want to mess with woodruff road, and fairview road they have all you would need for small projects.
