I placed an online order on Black Friday with plans to pick it up in the store on Friday afternoon when I got off work. I went in to get my order and the store did not even have my order ready. It took them 10 minutes to find my order and then it took them 45 minutes to fill my order which was not very big. When they brought my order up to me, they told me they could not complete my order because they did not have everything in stock. Yet when I placed the order online 18 hours earlier it said they did have it in stock. I had to wait for them to give me a refund, which meant they had to return my entire order and reprocess it with the correct amount of items. I was in the store for 1.5 hours total when it should have taken less than 5 minutes to run in and pick up my order. I will not be using this Petsmart ever again.
I’m only giving five stars because the girl at the register. I think her name was Julia. I came in today the 6th around noon and it was busy and there were a lot of us waiting. The poor girl was running around trying to do everything and keep everyone happy. She was fast and efficient and made sure everyone was taken care of. Even though it was busy she made time to stop and answer my questions about my frogs with a smile and positive attitude. I couldn’t find how to write a survey but I wanted her to have the recognition. Thank you! Try to have a better staffed store.
This place is good if all you need is dog food and the assorted toy, the pet store on Woodruff has a much better selection.
Marie did an excellent job grooming my small dog, Sofie and trimming my Blue Heeler's nails! Great experience. ☺
It's convenient that there's a PetSmart so near my house, but I wish for more. The staff was friendly and helpful when I came to their location, they answered all of my questions, but it's a very small store. They didn't have everything that I wanted, so I had to hit up a larger pet store.
I visited this store last night and the smell was awful!! I picked out what I needed and made my way to the register, I stood there for a couple of minutes before someone made their way to the register. The phone began to ring who she was making her way to the front and she answered the phone and started scheduling something with the customer on the phone. She never acknowledged us at all. We waited about 7-10 minutes before we left our items on the counter and took our business to petco. I Won’t go back there.
