Staff were extremely accommodating during Christmas. Highly recommend!
I like the set-up for the puppy training classes. I enjoyed the classes with my 2 year old chihuahua mix dog I recently adopted. Staff was friendly and accommodating. My dog did not learn much in the class, but I did. I was told that we passed the class, but I needed more time to practice before signing up for the second class. I was discouraged by this. My dog has aggression towards other dogs so perhaps she needs one-on-one training. This is also offered at Astro Kennels, but it's quite expensive which is understandable.
Our dogs came here for daycare only. They came home one day stinking of urine so badly!! I did not see any supervision of the outside dogs at all. Until I went inside and complained. I sat in my car and observed. Dogs will be dogs but certain bad behavior needs to be prevented by someone in charge. Also, One of the girls at desk wanted to argue with me about dog behavior and made me feel silly for questioning anything. Hello..... I'm the customer and just paid you 30.00 for daycare. Don't try to argue and make a point to the customer!!! You'll lose them every time!!
Awesome doggy day care. Saturn is so excited when she realizes she is going. They take great care of my baby. I feel very fortunate to have them due to the long hours I work.
The staff are nice and friendly, but I believe my dog was not fed during her stay weekend stay here. We brought her own food due to allergies and left instructions for feeding. I provided the exact amount of food she would need for the weekend + 1-2 extra scoops just in case. When I went to pick up my pup, I noticed that her bag of food that was still full except for approximately one scoop. At first, I assumed maybe my pup wasn't hungry or maybe they mixed up and used their own food during the stay, but when I asked about what my dog's chart said, the lady said that the notes indicated my dog ate provided food all 6 meals. Concerning....
The employees really know and care about The dogs. It's not just a job to them. ❤️❤️
