Out of Network! I had to pay out of pocket for a cleaning. Someone working there is so incompetent that they incorrectly input my group ID number, which is why I am waiting going on 2 months to be reimbursed. I also followed up with this company with in a month and they stated they had sent all the information into my insurance company. After 2.5 months I just now found out they had they group number wrong which continues to put me out $169.00 until they get it together. Will NEVER RETURN!

My daughter missed her appointment due to a death in the family and because I didn’t give them a 24hr notice she wasn’t allowed to be rescheduled. Then on top of that I was told it was disrespectful not giving a 24hr notice. If that’s how they treat their clients I’m better off anyways!

My kids have been going for several years now and we have had a great experience. I appreciate having a dentist that I can trust with my children and their smiles.

Loved the way they treated my daughter, HOWEVER - I had an appointment scheduled and my daughter was ill the morning of the appointment. I called and re-scheduled with no problem. About her 4th visit I completely forgot the appointment at 9am and did see a reminder text the day of about 48 minutes after the appointment. I called and apologized for a lack of planning on our part and asked to re-schedule the appointment. The person that answered the phone informed me that two re-scheduled appointments and the office discharged the patient. The personality of the person answering a phone (for any business) should be customer oriented and feel this person fell short. This female was eager to tell me we were no longer a patient and enjoyed trying to make me feel like a terrible person. I will say the dentist was excellent and everyone was very kind to my daughter, who is terrified of the dentist. A new dentist is going to be a very difficult transition, but I don't think you could pay me to be treated like this. Since I do not know of an alternative recourse to just rude - I'm reviewing them for everyone to be aware..

We've been going here for years. Really like the dentists and most of the assistants. The front desk....that's another story. I had an appointment for my two daughters. I check them out of school and bring them to the office. I go to check in and am told that I don't have an appointment. As she looks into it, she says "oh, your account has been disabled for missing an appointment". She said it very snotty and loud. The waiting room was full. I then ask what appointment was missed. She then says "well it looks like you missed two". I told her that was impossible and asked how I could have an appointment for today if my account had been disabled. Again, in a very snotty tone she said "well you missed an appointment". At this point I was so upset I just left. Won't be back and won't recommend to anyone else.
