I love SunTrust as a bank. I have banked with them for abt 4 years now. But every single time I call this branch, I never ever get an answer. No matter what day, no matter what time. I never get an answer. It always says "all branch members are busy at the moment". Every time, It never fails. Its really ridiculous.
SunTrust bank they just decide when they want to do they policy is when they don't. It seems if you go to a bank that people know you you don't get charged fees but if you go to a Other SunTrust bank they charge you a fee which is strange because it should be one policy no matter what just a thought not sure if the sellers make money off of it or if they just do it to be miserable. Will probably be moving our business account to another bank. Not a good experience in Simpsonville branch.
This has been my bank for about 15 years. This location has always been pleasant and professional. I've never had a problem that they could not help me with. But ,,,,, Lightstream is the one institution you should be wary about using. Be cautious because they don't seem to be part of Suntrust. I hope I'm wrong but they will pull the carpet out from under you.
Good bank, helpful though they are always busy so drive through May be your best option for simple transactions.
