It has always been a pleasure, dealing with this location. Friendly and courteous staff, as well as managers, make a world of difference. I am a happy customer of 11 years.

I have never over drafted so many times with one account because it takes DAYS for them to process any and all transactions (heaven forbid you go to any restaurants). I have looked at the balance of my account many times before paying bills and saw I had plenty of money to pay them. I'd go in and pay for them and days later I'd get a random "overdraft notification" on my phone. I'd go in and see that the balance didn't account for previous transactions that were being processed although on the statement it would show them being deducted. Thus, leaving my account with a negative balance. But that's not all folks!! They will then slap on a $35 fee as much as they'd like to penalize you for your irresponsible spending! The only time I have had a good time talking to a representative in fairview's location is when I opened my account (who is surprised). After signing that dotted line, it has been like talking to a brick wall. There are no compromises, no "the customer comes first" or literally no customer service. The other time I came in to talk to someone, I had an employee try to convince me that I should take out a credit card. I explained to him that I don't have any debt, have only a minimum student loan and pay everything with debt or cash and instead of applauding me for staying financially afloat, he said, "Well everyone has to have a credit card to establish credit and if you don't have the money to pay it off then it'll just bump into the next month's statement." I cannot believe you have employees encouraging people to make unhealthy financial decisions so corporate America can make another dollar. Excuse me while I go look for another bank....

Great bank. Now you put a guard outside after it was robbed. That's like boarding up your windows after the hurricane.

ATM machine on the right is not working properly, ppl can not deposit check, the guy in front of me had a hard time doing his stuff, I was very impatient, when it was my turn, I also had a hard time myself to deposit a check, the people waiting behind me should be impatient as well. I called this branch on Monday, I wanted to tell the bank employee about it, no one answered the phone.....I hereby write a review , hopefully BOA branch Mgr can fix the problem, rebuild the customer confidence.

I'd like to be able to rank my visit but since I wasn't able to get a single person on the phone to talk to at ANY of the locations or even from the BOA corporate office, I'm not sure even one star suffices.
