I have stored household items many times in the past This particular Public Storage facility is by far the best experience I have had. Sibbie is very thorough and provides excellent customer service. She has called when I have incorrectly locked my unit and keeps great watch over the entire property. If you are looking for storage....I highly recommend giving Sibbie a call.

I have used this facility in the past and have had no issues. Yesterday we checked out unit and the roof had leaked on our couch and now our couch is moldy and unmissable. Tanya white was great she immediately took pictures and called her district manager Christy McDougald. Tanya have me all the info to make insurance claim because we did get the insurance public storage offered. The employees have been great but I am very upset about my furniture that is no longer livable. Fingers crossed that they make every thing right.
