Nice, quiet mobile home park. I love living here.
I would like to know why the property manager can't get a trash receptacle brought out for a tenant. She actually told a tenant to "just put your trash in somebody else's can." I'm sorry but this is ridiculous. Poor management!!
This park is full of s**t. Every other month the lot fee go up. They don't keep the grass or trees cut like they say they will. Every other month it's a new owner or manager. I will tell anybody DO NOT move out there.
Location is good but you'll pay dearly for it. Lot rent has increased by $80 per month in just 8 months. All they're interested in is getting your mobile home in the park and then they'll try to evict you and keep your home! Very shady business dealings!
