I have been coming to Earthwise since they first opened 3+ years ago. I was excited to have such a quality pet store in our Five Forks neighborhood and I am still excited to have them here. The owners are in store very often to help direct folks and are always happy to answer questions. The staff is also great - even helping carry your stuff to the car (the big chain stores don't do that). The product variety and prices are very good, plus they have a customer reward program - which is nice perk to get. I have used the groomers and the self grooming station for my beagle and it is consistently a positive experience! Frequently, I recommend this store to other pet owners - even if they don't live nearby - the knowledge, care and products at Earthwise are WORTH the TRIP.
This place is fantastic. The staff are knowledgeable, the products are high quality, and the prices are reasonable. One of the nicest boutique pet stores I've ever shopped in.
The staff here are very helpful and knowledgeable about pets. They gave me sound advice for my cats and friend's dog. Digestive issues have decreased since using the products they carry and have chosen for us. I love the assortment of cat treats, food and toys! My cats have gone crazy over some of the things they have suggested. Great customer service and true interest in my 4 legged children. Thank you!!!!

I absolutely love this place!! The owner, Timothy, is so helpful and knowledgeable that I trust his opinion more than my vet sometimes. He always takes his time with me, and I never feel rushed so he can help another customer. The store is always clean, the staff is helpful, and the quality of food that they have is really good. My dog loves going there too!
