Ralph stained to perfection the trim on our garage doors! Bass Pro Painters is a first rate organization whose employees are professional, punctual and meticulous. We will contract their services for all our staining needs!
Ralph did some interior painting and helped us with a kitchen remodel in which we changed out the cabinetry. He was a great resource in helping us choose styles and colors as well as providing contacts to other resources (color consultation and cabinet maker in particular). We are completely happy with the final results. Ralph and Eric were professional, knowledgeable and reliable and treated our home with the care and respect we hoped for (but don't normally receive). Definitely not just painters. We recommend them to all our friends and family.
I had to hire a second painter to come behind the work done by Bass Pro Painters. He refused to take responsibility for the quality or lack of quality of work. He did not honor his schedule commitment. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
