Seriously how outdated is this place?! I took five steps in and five steps back out. 3/4 of the store was dark setting off a creepy and unwelcoming vibe. It’s a miracle this place is still in business. It needs updating BAD.
I have been doing my grocery shopping at Ingles for as long as I can remember, And mr.jimmy davis is a wonderful person and always willing to help out.
OK store but it really needs to be moved out of its current location. It's at a very busy intersection which makes it very difficult to get in and out of. The store is also in dire need of a makeover, which makes its move all the more necessary.
I work near the Ingles in Simpsonville. My place of employment carries a limited amount of cash - so when someone pays with a large bill, we become even more limited on cash. Any time that happens, I'll walk over to the Ingles to see if they will cash out the big bill for us to help us get through the day and they are always SO kind and helpful. Then entire staff is so willing to help and the manager (older gentleman with glasses) is always SO eager to help us out. He goes out of his way to let us know when he's going to the bank, so if we need any kind of change at all, he assures us he is there to help. I think more often than not, people feel compelled to leave a review if they have a negative experience so the management or whomever is aware. I think management should know that the staff at this Ingles is so welcoming, hard working, kind, and willing to help others. I cannot say enough great things about them! Thank you for making life easier for your customers, as well as people who aren't customers, are in a bind, and need help.
Love this store! Best meat in town! Can find lots of items found nowhere else. Terrific prices and friendly staff! Deli is the best!
