I called about 4 pm on the day my friends grandmother died. They were out of every flower I wanted, which were white or yellow daisys as well as white carnations. These are not exotic flowers! Also, when I did finally settle on another arrangement, they would not honor the price listed online on THEIR site. They wanted to charge me $15 more just for the arrangement! I didn't even want it delivered, we were going to pick it up!
Worst experience EVER....I typically use another florist but since I had other appointments in Simpsonville went for the first time to this florist.I found out my son had asked girl to dance on Friday. Called first thing Sat. morning(9:00) and was told that they could get me the needed corsage by 12 but that they close at noon. I was called later and the lady said it would be 1:00. Went in at 1:00 and she said it would be 2:00 or later...that there was others ahead of me. I reminded her that the time had already been changed and she got attitude and tells me she did not want to fix one for anyone with attitude....Talk about the pot calling the kettle black---she must not like the truth....FYI---I got the corsage and cheaper.
My fiance spent almost $150 on a dozen roses for me for valentines day. Three days later, they are already dead. I'm so disappointed
Last Saturday was our 6th Anniversary. I had to work and my husband was out of State. He surprised me at work by having 2 dozen roses and chocolates delivered to my workplace! The arrangement was like none other!! Thank you, you wowed me and the security guard!!!
I do not understand how they are still in business! I will NOT call these people again and I hope you wont either. There are plenty of other florists in Simpsonville.
I have used this Florist several times. They are are always so helpful. The arrangements always excide my expectations.
I do not usually complain but These people were so inconsiderate and unprofessional I had to write.
