Wish I had taken my $375 that I spent on a Nintendo switch and Zelda and went to Target. Worst customer service ever, the whole interaction with the female employee was just painful.

Good service but can be crowded at time especially on game/hardware releases so expect a wait, but usually wait is less than 5 mins..
This store is garbage. My girlfriend bought the new Kingdom Hearts Funko Mystery box from here and for starts there was no one at the register to assist her with getting the box from where it was placed and then when someone did show up, the girl working there immediately mentioned that they didn't have any chases. Normally these boxes are wrapped in a clear plastic film, but this one wasn't. These people tamper with the merchandise and sell it as new. The GameStop in Simpsonville just loves to hire the sleaziest people in existence. I would rather drive to the closest city then do my business with these worthless ballsacks.
Went in to return a steam controller, lost receipt, but they still offered to help me which was unexpected. They remembered me from my last visit. Good crew working.
