disappointed. Over 30 minutes before we were acknowledged and given paperwork to fill out. The PA was making statements and not asking questions, then was annoyed and condescending when we didn't respond. She clearly didn't read the chart and communicated poorly.
Horrible!!! Do not Go!! Staff is ok, Doctor is terrible. Ordered flu shot for my wife who has cancer and very low immune system. Possibly deadly mistake. Didn't even ask if we wanted it!!
Dr. Bijoor and her staff are an outstanding group of professionals. I have been a patient of Dr. Bijoor for many years. I am very pleased with her and her office. They make you feel like your someone and not a number, they just make you feel very comfortable. I just can't say enough about Dr. Bijoor and her staff.
Then wouldn't prescribe medicine she has been on for 4 years. Went through withdrawl becaused was forced to quit cold turkey. Had to switch doctor's because previous doctor retired. Worst office we have ever been to. DO NOT TRUST YOUR LIFE TO THESE PEOPLE.
Update/upgrade from my previous review, appointment went really well today and the communication was clear. Appreciate their thoroughness and concen for over all wellness and on going health care and treatment. Thank you Dr. Bijoor and staff.
I chose this place for its location solely. Poor decision on my behalf. I ran out of my medication and when I requested a medication which is a non controlled medication was refused the refill because I needed to be seen. As it would be a couple of days before I could be seen I requested a couple of pills to get me through and was denied my request. As a result my body is going to withdrawal. This lack of understanding from the staff on how the medication works and the effects it has on a patient is wreaking havoc on my body and mental state. It is not the first time this office has demonstrated its lack of knowledge and carefor their patients. They have become a business that is only interested in making a profit solely and not their patients.
This is an excellent medical practice. Dr. Bijoor and her team are professional and care about their patients as people. They were my primary care provider for over 2 years. They listen to the patient and meet the patient where the patient is. I'm very active physically and they provided the light duty sports medicine approach that I frequently need. During a routine physical they discovered some serious issues with my health and promptly got me engaged with the care that I needed. Very grateful. Would strongly recommend them.
They then said she was abusing her meds with NO evidence and just because she didn't want to prescribe medicine. Didn't even bother to contact our other doctor's for medical history. Would give her less stars if possible
