The location is fairly new, but we've done business with this particular local Firestone franchise for decades now, for things like oil changes, tires, minor repairs, etc. They are thorough, they do it fast, they do it right, and for that you do pay a little more.
Fantastic job as usual. Mom's car had a slow leak in drivers rear tire. We kept pumping it up and looking for source. Mom did not feel confident driving because the low air light kept coming on. They removed the tire found a small nail patched it, balanced it and replaced it in about 20mins! For a price that was very reasonable and we knew about up front.
Shop wasn't willing to just charge me a fee to remove a fan clutch from a water pump that I had already removed. They said we can only do the entire job. Pretty sorry in my book. Thanks for nothing Firestone....by the way Goodyear was happy to help.
