Since when does a bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit not come with egg and cheese??? Got home with breakfast for the family only to find 3 sausage biscuits (which were correct) and a biscuit with two small pieces of bacon on it. WTH?! I've also had issues in the past with employees not making iced coffees correctly. Please hire staff that can read and follow directions that are printed right in front of them!!!
I came through for a pack of fries and tea, but I decided to try the new buttermilk chicken tenders (they don’t look anything like the picture by the way). I had to pull up behind domeone and wait...no problem. While I was waiting, the little girl that was at the second/pickup window kept staring still me through the ride mirror of my car. Sure enough, when I got my food, they had cheated me out of 2 of my chicken tenders. I ordered a 6 pack, not a four pack. Perhaps, little girl, if you would pay more attention to your job rather than whatever staring agenda you have on your mind, you might get it RIGHT. I would say take a picture it would last longer, but that’s alright, don’t.
I always always have to wait 10+ minutes for what should be a quick easy order. If its on the all day menu and you NEVER have those items ready..don't offer them! Arrived at 10:55. All I ordered was a Sausage McMuffin and large coffee. I skipped the egg because the last three times I had to wait for the egg to cook. Thought I was being smart this time..nope. Still waited 13 minutes. Friendly staff so I don't fuss. But it sure seems like there's no one in the kitchen but one fellow. Cmmmmon get it together for the love of pete!
Friendly staff most days. Fast service, is not usually a line. If there is it moves fast. Located conveniently close to 385, right off the exit. It's a McDonald's, what more is there to say. It's cheap food, fast, and convienent. In same shopping center as dollar General and several other stores, good will etc.
Went around 8pm and tea, ketchup, and napkins were running out! Had to get sweet tea and ketchup at the front desk instead of serving area! Fries were hot though!
