Service attendant guy was more interested in paying attention to the other girl that worked there than taking our payment to play. They could hire a better guy at the register last Sunday at opening time. He did not even pay attention to the shoes that he gave my daughter that had a huge hole at the toe and were falling apart. Get someone that wants the job and pays attention to details for the customers!
Good Floors and nice staff. The bathroom was a little dirty but everything else was good.
My Dad and I walked to the front desk and asked how much was bowling for 2 hours . I was talking to him when he told my dad and my dad asked what the price was again and the guy at the front desk not even joking said " Did I stutter. On top of the rude staff the lanes wouldn't register the pins and I had to get the front desk to reset them. I waited 10 minutes and looked back and saw the guy talking to one of his buddies. So rude I advise you to choose another place to go to unless the staff gets their act together. p.s Don't call there either they sent me to voice mail 5 times.
Family-friendly. Extended our time to let us finish our game. We had lots of fun.
It's past time to do a total renovation of the skating ring and bowling alley. I hadn't been in 2 yrs at least but went to celebrate bday. Although the computer equipment for the lanes has been updated, the seating area for players and guests needs to be updated along with bathrooms and everything else. There was an option of $12+ tax for unlimited bowling for 2 hrs that included shoes. Everyone at the lane has to go for it if 1 person in the party does. Also, I have my own bowling shoes but still had to pay the full $12. The other option was $4.75/game which we should have done. 2 games would have been enough. We had 6 players split between 2 lanes. 2 hrs is long. The bowling alley really needs to invest in some bowling balls especially of different weights. Most were too heavy and affects the game. Otherwise had fun and enjoyed the glow in the dark bowl.
