First time visiting Massage Envy & well it won't be the last!!! I enjoyed my experience from the front desk through the end of my full body massage! #welldone
If you have not visited the clinic in a while you need to go in and meet the new Clinic Administrator. She introduced herself, but I was just happy and impressed by her kindness I already forgot what she so told me. She has been the first person from the front desk area to really listen to my concerns and needs with showing that she really cared about what I had to say. She will definitely be making a huge difference for this location. Glad to know I don't need to visit another location for this type of service anymore. I have always enjoyed my massages, but the front desk has always been lacking until now.

I finally said, "Ok. I am leaving now. I am your customer. I am the one here to make an appointment, to possibly sign up for a membership yet you have totally ignored me to deal with with your own employee. You have lost me as a customer."
I wish I could speak to the quality, effectiveness, experience of having a massage at Massage Envy. However, I didn't get past the front desk and making an appointment. I was near and went by today to chat with them and to make a first appointment. While standing there, a therapist walked out of the backroom and the front desk clerk, said to me, "excuse me a moment." and then went on to have a long conversation with the therapist trying to determine which pouch she was wearing yesterday and whether or not this ten dollars was hers or another therapists. Back and forth, back and forth, with the conversation.
People, what ever happened to customer service.
