Use to be my favorite place to get a good fresh meal. Unfortunately the food and service has gone down hill. The bakery items are not fresh or they don't have what you request because they ran out. I went there last night and after telling the order taker 3 times I didn't want bread ,,,, guess what,,, I got bread. Ordered a blueberry muffin ,,, didn't have any. Got broccoli cheddar soup,,,, it was watered down. Disappointed!
Visited the morning of 11/6/17. The food was fine. The service /management was poor. People working there were rude. They do not appear to enjoy working there and certainly could care less about the people they are waiting on. I asked if the Superfruit Smoothie had strawberries in it. "I don't know" was the best answer I could get. The seating area was dirty. This once was a nice Panera, but seems to be going downhill in a hurry.
2 large group soups and half a salad and it's only $40 bucks. What a fantastic deal,,,,,,, NOT.

My wife and I come here often. It’s quick and super convenient to order online. We usually get a Pick 2 option. I love their BBQ Chicken Flatbread and the Chipotle Chicken Panini. Their Broccoli Cheddar soup in a bread bowl is fantastic as well!
**UPDATE: The seasonal Autumn Squash south is a MUST order.
