3) KS had to adjust refund because it was not filed accurately
1) Was completely unable to assist with identifying itemized details (which was the #1 reason why we contacted a cpa)

4) Was informed that first quarter estimated taxes would be paid and not due. INCORRECT.
5) Was informed of amount of refund after accounting for Injured spouse, which was $1300 less than anticipated.
